Refunds, Returns & Replacements Policy

Due to the nature of our products and services, Letters of the Zodiac does not offer returns or change-of-mind refunds.

Our products are curated, time based snail mail offerings and subscriptions, prepared and dispatched monthly. As such, all sales are final except where required under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


No Change of Mind Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal

  • Preference for a different month’s content or design

Please choose carefully before purchasing or subscribing.


Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product:

  • Has a major fault

  • Is significantly different from its description

  • Is unsafe or not fit for its intended purpose

Refunds will only be approved where required by law.


Returns Policy

We do not accept returns.
Due to the nature of our physical snail mail products, returned items cannot be resold or reused.


Damaged or Missing Mail

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If your letter:

  • arrives damaged, or

  • fails to arrive,

please contact us at hello@lettersofthezodiac.com within 8 weeks from dispatch to be eligible for a replacement.

Important Conditions for Replacement Letters

  • Replacement requests must be made within 2 months (8 weeks) of the original dispatch date

  • Only one replacement letter will be issued per customer per calendar month

  • Replacement letters are subject to availability and may not be identical in content or design

  • Replacement letters are offered as a goodwill solution and do not constitute a refund

If we do not hear from you within this timeframe, we’re unable to resend the letter.


Incorrect Address

Letters of the Zodiac is not responsible for items lost due to an incorrect or incomplete mailing address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are accurate before completing your purchase.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have rights under applicable consumer laws. However, due to the personalised and time-sensitive nature of our products, cooling-off period rights may not apply.

If you have questions about your rights, please contact us before purchasing.


International Orders

International orders are sent via standard, untracked post. Delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal services.

Delays associated with customs processing or international postal services are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
