We carefully prepare and pack each month's Letters of the Zodiac ritual with love and intention. Please review the information below regarding subscription cut-off dates, dispatch schedules and delivery estimates.
Monthly Schedule
Join by the 25th of the month to receive that month's letter.
Letters are dispatched on the last day of each month (or the next business day if it falls on a weekend or public holiday).
Orders placed after the cut-off date will receive the following month's letter.
Delivery Estimates
All Letters of the Zodiac subscriptions are sent via untracked snail mail within Australia.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order.
If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee address changes once your letter has been prepared or dispatched.
Missing or Damaged Mail
If your letter has not arrived within 3 weeks of dispatch, please contact us at hello@lettersofthezodiac.com.
If your letter arrives damaged in transit, please provide:
• Your order number
• A photo of the envelope
• A photo of the damaged contents
Where appropriate, we may offer one replacement letter per customer, per calendar month.
Replacement requests must be made within 8 weeks of the original dispatch date.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of monthly snail mail subscriptions, refunds are not available once a letter has been dispatched, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Returns are not accepted.
Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled at any time through your account. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not affect letters that have already been paid for, prepared or dispatched.

Will this predict the future?
No. The Elemental Letter focuses on reflection, awareness and clarity rather than prediction.
When will I be billed?
You'll be billed monthly on the same date you initially subscribe.
To avoid future billing, simply pause or cancel your subscription before your next billing date.
When do I need to subscribe to receive this month's letter?
Australia: Subscribe by the 25th of the month to receive that month's letter.
Orders placed after these dates will receive the following month's letter.
Is this suitable if I’m new to tarot?
Yes. The Elemental Letter is written to be gentle, accessible and reflective. No prior tarot knowledge is needed.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your details before your letter is prepared for dispatch.
Once a letter has been sent, we're unable to guarantee changes or re-delivery if the address provided was incorrect. Replacement letters are not available in this case.
Can I give this as a gift?
Yes. You're welcome to subscribe on behalf of someone else. Simply enter the recipient's postal address at checkout.
Please note that subscription emails and account management will be sent to the purchaser unless otherwise arranged.
Can I change my zodiac element later?
Yes. If you'd like to switch elements, you can update this through your account or contact us before the relevant monthly cut-off date (25th for Australian subscriptions).
Can I pause my subscription for a month?
Yes. You can pause or cancel at any time through your account. There's no minimum commitment.
